Weddings and Special Events

  • Special Event Fees: These are additional charges on top of the regular house rental fee to cover the extra use of the property, wear and tear, cleaning, and utilities.

Up to 20 people Event Fee= $350 

20-35 people Event fee = $1,250

35-60 people  Event fee = $1,750 

  • Insurance Requirement: For events with 20+ guests, an insurance policy through WedSafe is mandatory. The cost is around $175.

  • Dishware and Glassware Restrictions: For outdoor events, the house's dish and glassware cannot be used. For smaller indoor gatherings (less than 20 people), these items can be used as long as food and beverages are served indoors.

  • For Events of 35+ Guests:

    • A rental tent is required in case of bad weather. Moving the event inside the house is not an option.

    • At least 1 outdoor portable toilet must be rented for additional restroom capacity.

  • Weddings and Special Events at Spring Creek Farmhouse include:

    • Full access to the 4.5 acre property that includes a large open field, gardens, woodlands, and gorgeous creek frontage.

    • Parking onsite for up to 40 cars.

    • Commercial-style kitchen access for your preferred caterer.

    • Local lodging recommendations within walking distance or short drive from the venue.

    • Vendor and Rental recommendations.

    • Local guidance and expertise from your rental hosts along with concierge services at an additional fee.

    • Trash collection and removal.

    • Creek front stage area with outdoor cafe lighting.

    • Please note:

      • North Carolina Liquor Permit required if serving liquor at the event

      • All events are held outdoors-the interior of the house may not be used as an event space
